  • LLC is smaller, thinner and easier to handle, but not all states recognize the LLC.
  • A C-corp and have full stocks of material and may be owned by different parties to different people.
You have to realize that a corporation is a separate entity from you.

Why do companies change the name of a popular brand once established?

Perhaps there is a change in the formula, actually creating a new product and distinguish a new name applies.

Sometimes

It is for all countries have the same name. Cheaper for the packaging and marketing. Oil of Ulay became Oil of Olay, Jif became Cif. Today, most major brand products it sold in Europe.

Also

Update a brand or product for marketing to increase awareness to a new audience. While this may be counterproductive, not marketing to let everyone know that have changed the name!. If it is not broke do not need fixing!

That Way the Oil Companies Make Profits

I understand Refining for about 0.38 cents per gallon. Retail ago from .02 to .03 and I've heard "Oil" companies made 0.07 cents per gallon ..... I also understand that taxes equal $ 0.40 per gallon
Exxon had profits of 11billion profits. I'm not sure if that is before or after tax. I think the world is.
 
Are you doing all volume gains? 
 
Energy seems to have a margin of 8%. Compared to say uhhhh? Pharma, which is much higher than that borders on both sidelines, but globally the volume is so incredibly high that made 11billion sick room? But Exxon says often only have access to less than 3% of the worlds oil.
 
WHAT IS THE EXXON MOBIL 

Or other similar companies making profits for the fourth 11billion U.S. dollars with such low margins? Are most of your investment money? Are they selling games consoles on the side too? Where, most say 80-90% of their earnings from one volume?

Presumably the oil companies drill for oil and oil that gets sold to other countries or keep it and sell it in their presentation stations for a profit and do well in both the UK and the U.S.. UU ..

I really wanted to volunteer for the Peace Corps, Know any?

I have 18 years and eager to volunteer for the Peace Corps for a year or two before starting college. However, it seems you have to have a college degree to join the Peace Corps. I wonder if something like a 18 year old could volunteer?

You need a college degree definition for the Peace Corps, or some serious skills and unique way. The waiting list is like 1-2 years with a title. Try looking in AmeriCorps. Shorter waiting list, very similar and I do not need a degree. If I were you, although I would go directly to college.

AmeriCorps is a national program impressive. If you are insistent on course abroad, there are many reputable organizatons voluntary payment.

The reason why places like the Peace Corps require a college degree is that the crucial point is to teach all people in developing communities. Unless you have that education or experience, you can not do that.

Stay local. It has to be an amazing place in your community that works for you. There are plenty of payment schemes for unskilled people like you.

World Financial Group, You know

I just went to a presentation. It was all very vague. Still do not know what the hell they sell. I have another appointment, but will probably cancel. Everyone seemed brainwashed and robotics.

Anyone else with experience in this business?

People went on as audiences at these meetings. Be aware of it. There are two things to be treated. Whether shopping for the high price of mutual funds, annuities expensive, high ridiculoously life insurance policies, etc.
